NCAA East Prelims (5/26-29): Qualified in the 400h and 4x400m relay.

Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/14-16): Placed third in the 400h with a personal best 57.48. 
Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/28-29/20): Medaled in 600m and 4x400m events...Relay team placed second with a time of 3:37.69...Recorded third-best time in PSU history with third-place finish in the 600m
Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/10-12/19): Ran a personal-best 1:00.13 in the 400-meter hurdles.
Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/22-23/19): Ran 1:34.92 in the 600m prelims...Distance Medley Relay team placed fifth, running 11:26.38.

2021 Outdoor
Season: Recorded ten top ten finishes. 

Jesse Owens Invite (4/30-5/1): Won the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:00.67. 

2021 Indoor
Season: Won two of her three races. 

Nittany Lion Opener (1/16/21): Opened the year with a win in the 400m dash with a time of 56.77. 

2020 Outdoor
Season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 Indoor
Season: Scored twice at Big Ten Indoor Championships with a second-place finish as a part of 4x400m relay team and a third-place finish in the 600m...Set a pair of personal-best marks in the 400m and 600m events...Ranks third-all time in Penn State history in the 600m race (1:29.75).

Nittany Lion Challenge (1/11): Captured two wins, one in the 400m and as a member of 4x400m relay at first home meet. Tiger Paw Invitational (2/14-15): Set a personal-best mark in the 400m (55.62).

2019 Outdoor
Season: Ran a personal-best time at Big Ten Championships in the 400mH...Had five top-10 performances and two wins.

ASU Invitational (3/22-23): Won 400mH (1:01.87)...Was a member of 4x400m relay team that placed third (3:51.81). Virginia Challenge (4/19-20): Won the 400mH (1:00.79). 125th Penn Relays (4/25-27): Competed in 400mH (1:03.56) and member of 4x400m relay (3:39.50).

2019 Indoor
Season: Competed in 600m and DMR at the Big Ten Championships...Posted nine top-10 with 2 then-personal-bests.

Penn State National (1/25-26): Set a then-personal-best in 600m (1:31.76)...Finished second in the 600m. Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational (2/8-9): Ran a then-personal-best time of 55.97 in 400m.
