2023 Outdoor
Season: Achieved a massive PR in the hammer throw, improving her mark from 2022 by nearly ten meters…Went to the Big Ten Championships in the hammer throw and qualified for the NCAA East Prelims for the first time in her career...Earned Big Ten Field Athlete of the Week honors after the Jim Thorpe Invitational (5/5).
Penn Challenge (3/18): Exploded out of the gates in 2023, going 183-2 (55.84m) in her first outdoor meet of the season, finishing with a win. LSU Lloyd Willis Invitational (4/8): Won her second-straight hammer competition with another PR (186-5 (56.81m)…Her mark cracked the top ten list in Penn State history. Virginia Challenge (4/20-22): Finished 13th overall, tying her PR and continuing her strong season. Penn Relays (4/27-29): Tied her PR once again at the 2023 Penn Relays. Jim Thorpe Invitational (5/5): Earned her lifetime PR with a 192-9 (58.75m) throw, setting the fifth-best throw in school history at Penn State’s only home meet of the season. Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/12-14): Threw 192-2 (58.57m) in the hammer competition at her very first Big Ten Championships, scoring her first conference points with a seventh-place finish. NCAA East Prelims (5/25-27): Went 187-7 (57.19m) for 33rd place in the region in her first NCAA Prelims appearance.
2023 Indoor:
Season: Set a new personal best in the weight throw, crossing the 18m plateau for the first time in her career.
Penn State National Open (1/27-28): Crossed 56 feet in the weight throw for the first time with a 56-0 (17.07m) effort, finishing ninth overall. Penn State Tune Up (2/17): Set a PR, crossing 18m for the first time in her career with a 59-7.5 (18.17m) throw.
2022 Outdoor
Season: Set new personal best in the hammer throw at the Penn Challenge (3/19) at 49.36m.
Penn Challenge (3/19): Finished fifth overall with a 161-11 (49.36m) throw, setting a hammer throw PR in the first outdoor meet of the 2022 campaign. Jim Thorpe Open (5/6): Threw 160-3 (48.84m) to finish third in her final outdoor meet of the season.
2022 Indoor
Season: Competed in weight throw at first Big Ten Indoor Championships...Set weight throw personal best at Sykes & Sybock Invitational (1/29).
2021 Outdoor
Maryland B1G Invite (3/26-27/21): Placed eighth in the hammer throw with a season-best throw of 49.26m.
2021 Indoor
Penn State Tri-Meet (2/6): Placed seventh in the weight throw with a distance of 15.90m.
2020 Outdoor – Season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
