Penn Challenge (Mar. 21): Opened the outdoor season with a throw of 52.30m (171-7) to finish seventh...UCF Knights Invite (Mar. 27-28): Recorded 51.70m (169-7) to place seventh...Bison Outdoor Classic (Apr. 11-13): Finished sixth with a throw of 52.41m (171-11)...Virginia Challenge (Apr. 17-18): Recorded 54.34m (178-3) to finish 13th...Penn Relays (Apr. 23-25): Posted a season-best throw of 56.31m (184-9)...Larry Ellis Invitational (May 1-2): Finished 11th with a mark of 54.33m (178-3)...Big Ten Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 15-17): Competed in the hammer throw, recording 53.49m (175-6) to place 22nd.
Indoor 2026
Season: Posted a season-best weight throw mark of 19.49m (63-11.5) at the Tyson Invitational and won the shot put at the Bison Opener with a personal-best 14.95m (49-0.75). Recorded five top-three finishes in the weight throw during the indoor campaign.
Bison Opener (Dec. 5-6): Won the shot put with a personal-best mark of 14.95m (49-0.75)...Placed third in the weight throw with a toss of 17.18m (56-4.5)...Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 17): Finished sixth in the shot put (13.57m/44-6.25) and third in the weight throw (18.24m/59-10.25)...Penn Elite (Jan. 24): Took third in the weight throw with a mark of 18.26m (59-11)...Penn State National Open (Jan. 30-31): Finished third in the weight throw with a throw of 19.23m (63-1.25) and placed 14th in the shot put (13.20m/43-3.75)...PSU Sykes & Sabock Challenge (Feb. 7): Competed in the shot put, recording 12.37m (40-7)...Tyson Invitational (Feb. 13-14): Posted a season-best weight throw mark of 19.49m (63-11.5)...Penn State Tune-Up (Feb. 20): Finished second in the weight throw with a mark of 18.88m (61-11.5)...Big Ten Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 26-28): Competed in the weight throw, recording 18.31m (60-1) to finish 24th.
Spring 2025
Season: Competed in the shot put and hammer throw during the outdoor season, recording a season-best 14.54m (47-8.5) in the shot put and 53.94m (177-0) in the hammer throw at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
Bison Outdoor Classic (Apr. 12-14): Placed fourth in the shot put with a season-best mark of 14.54m (47-8.5)...Finished fifth in the hammer throw with a season-best toss of 53.94m (177-0).

HIGH SCHOOL PRs: SP – 46-3, DT – 144-0
Threw for Northern High School where she earned All-America honors at Nike Indoor Nationals…Was a four-time Maryland state champion with two wins each in the shot put and discus throw events…During her high school career, she was a member of the National Honor Society for three years…She also played basketball at Northern.
PERSONAL
Daughter of Dana and James Cope, both of whom also attended Penn State…Has one sister, Ashley…Studying computer science at Penn State…Enjoys playing basketball and lacrosse outside of track & field…Also plays video games and enjoys swimming in her free time…Chose Penn State because “it’s been my dream school since I was a little kid. My parents went here and always brought me to football games since I was very little so it’s always been a dream of mine to go here. I also love the campus and the creamery! The school spirit is unbeatable.”
