2023 Cross Country
Season: Set 6K and 8K PRs through the course of the season in which he competed four times for the Nittany Lions.
 
Dolan Duals (9/1): Clocked an 18:09.9 to finish fifth overall in the first meet of the season. Lehigh Paul Short Run (9/30): Ran a 26:22.1, setting his 8K PR. Big Ten Championships (10/27): Concluded his season with a 26:52.3 at the conference meet.
 
2023 Outdoor
Season: Qualified for the NCAA East Prelims for the first time in his career, entering in the 800…Set a PR and finished seventh at the Big Ten Championships in the 1500.
 
Florida Relays (3/31-4/1): Clocked a 3:49.30 for sixth place in his first collegiate 1500. Bison Outdoor Classic (4/14-16): Placed second in the 800 with a season-best 1:48.50 mark. Virginia Challenge (3:46.14): Ran a 3:46.14 in the 1500, finishing 21^st overall. Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/12-14): Finished seventh overall in the 1500 with a personal-best 3:45.87, scoring his first career Big Ten points. NCAA East Prelims (5/25-27): Advanced to the NCAA Semifinals but fell short of a spot in the NCAA Championships, running a 1:50.97 in the semis for 18^th in the region.
 
2023 Indoor
Season: Set personal-best marks in the 1000m and the 800m.
 
Nittany Lion Challenge (1/14): Ran a 2:21.99 in the 1000m for a second-place finish. Music City Challenge (2/10-11): Posted a personal-best 1:48.35 for a fifth-place finish in the 800m…Was a member of the 4x400 team that ran a 3:14.05, coming in eighth. Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/24-25): Crossed the line in 1:50.88 for an 11^th-place finish in the 800m.
 
2022 Cross Country
Season: Competed in his first collegiate cross country season, setting three personal-best marks.
 
Dolan Duals (9/2): Finished the 6K in 18:34.5 for a PR. Joe Piane Invitational (9/30): Ran a 25:02.7 over five miles, finishing 20^th overall. Big Ten Cross Country Championships (10/28): Ran a 27:00.8 in his first Big Ten Cross country championship race.
 
2022 Outdoor
Season: Finished tenth in the Big Ten in the 800 in his true freshman season…Earned one race victory.
 
Jim Thorpe Invitational (5/6): Set personal best in 800m at 1:49.48 to come up with first collegiate race win. Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/13-15): Ran a 1:50.97 for tenth place in the conference in his first Big Ten Outdoor Championships.
