Cross Country 2025
Season: Earned All-America honors after placing 14th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships with a personal-best 6K time of 19:00.6...claimed the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational title, added fourth-place finishes at both the Big Ten Championships and NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships, and consistently led the Nittany Lions throughout the season.
Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (9/12): Secured a stunning first-place finish in the women’s 6K, 24 seconds faster than the second-place runner with a time of 19:54.7. Nuttycombe Invitational (10/17): Led Penn State to its 10th place finish overall, with a 20:07.3 in the women’s 6K. Big Ten Championships (10/31): Leading the second place Nittany Lions, she secured a fourth spot finish in the women’s 6K with a time of 19:51.7. NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (11/14): Led the Nittany Lions with a fourth place overall finish with a time of 19:35.7, her fastest time in competition this fall. NCAA Cross Country Championships (11/22): Set a personal best of 19:00.6 in the women’s 6K.
Indoor 2025
Season: Capped the indoor season earning Second-Team All-America honors in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA Championships...won the 3,000 meters at the Nittany Lion Challenge, recorded personal bests in the mile (4:33.39) and 5,000 meters (15:25.83), and placed fourth in the 5,000 meters at the Big Ten Indoor Championships...
Nittany Lion Challenge (1/18): Took the challenger with a 1st place win in the 3k with her career best time 9:06.90...Penn State National Open (1/31-2/1): Earned a runner-up finish in the mile with personal best 4:33.39...Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/14-2/15): Finished 12th place with a personal best 5,000m time of 15:25.83...Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/28-3/1): Took fourth place with a 5,000m time of 16:04.14...NCCA Division I Indoor Championships: Concluded indoor season earning Second-Team All-America honors with a 5,000m finish in 15:48.73...
Outdoor 2024
Season: Won Big Ten titles in both the 5K and 10K (first Penn State woman ever to win both in the same career, let alone the same meet), earning Women’s Track Athlete of the Championships for her effort at the conference meet…Posted a Second Team All-America result in the 10K in her first trip to the NCAA Outdoor Championships…Set Penn State records in the 5K and 4x1500m relay, achieved No. 3 time in the 1500m and No. 3 time in the 10K.
Bryan Clay Invitational (4/11-13): Set the Penn State school record in the outdoor 5K with a 15:32.22 in her 17th place finish. Penn Relays (4/25-27): Set the No. 3 1500m time in Penn State history (4:13.45) before setting the school record in the 4x1500m (17:09.59 – NCAA No. 5 all-time). Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/10-12): Completed a historic title double, claiming both the 5K (15:52.39) and 10K (33:04.18) crowns at the conference meet…She became the first Penn State woman to ever win both events in a single career, let alone at the same meet…Her 5K title was Penn State’s second in a row at the outdoor meet, following Faith DeMars’ win in 2023. NCAA East Region Prelims (5/22-25): In her second career 10K, clocked the No. 3 time in school history (33:03.96) to advance to the NCAA Outdoor Championships…Placed 13th in the 5K (15:52.39), finishing just outside another championship-qualifying spot. NCAA Outdoor Championships (6/5-8): In her third NCAA Championships appearance of the year, Caron placed 14th in the 10K with a 33:26.98…Earned Second Team All-America honors for her performance.
Indoor 2024
Season: Earned First Team All-America honors in the DMR…Placed second in the Big Ten in the 5K at the conference championships.
Penn State National Open (1/26-27): Finished fourth in a very competitive mile, clocking the third-fastest time in Penn State history, a 4:33.95 effort. Penn State Tune-Up (2/16): Set her benchmark in the 3K, running a 9:18.18 to win the event. Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/23-24): Posted three scoring performances at the indoor conference meet…Placed second in the 5K with a 16:09.97…Finished eighth in the 3K with a 9:23.40…Claimed seventh in the mile with a 3:39.79 in the finals. NCAA Indoor Championships (3/7-9): Finished eighth in the country in the DMR (10:57.65), claiming the first First Team All-America honor of her Penn State career.
Cross Country 2023
Season: Earned All-Big Ten Second Team honors at the Big Ten Cross Country Championships (11th place), helping the Nittany Lion women to a fourth-place conference finish…Finished 11th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional meet, earning All-Region honors...Helped Penn State’s women’s team qualify for the NCAA Cross Country Championships.
Dolan Duals (9/1): Posted a 13:40.7 in the 4K season-opener, finishing second overall in her first competition as a Nittany Lion. Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (9/8): Ran a 21:06.8 for third place in Penn State’s first and only home meet of the 2023 season. Big Ten Cross Country Championships (10/27): Clocked a 21:32.4 in the 6K race, finishing 11th overall and earning her first All-Big Ten Second Team selection. NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (11/10): Broke 20:00 in the 6K, 19:59.9 to be exact, for 11th overall and her first Mid-Atlantic All-Region honor…Helped her team to a second-place finish, earning a berth to the NCAA Cross Country Championships. NCAA Cross Country Championships (11/18): Finished her season 182nd in the country with a 21:18.6 6K in her first National Championship appearance.

Competed at Laval University in Canada where she won the USports cross country team title in 2022…Second place in the 1500 and 3000 at the RSEQ championships in 2023…Was a third place finisher in the RSEQ conference in cross country and the 1500m in 2022…Owns the third-fastest indoor mile in Quebec history…Earned All-Canadian Academic honors.
