2024 – GRADUATE SEASON

Meet-by-meet: Iowa State (1/12): Posted a 9.875 bars tally in the Nittany Lions’ home opener, earning a share of the event title with teammate Ava Piedrahita. Minnesota (2/3): Earned a season-best 9.925 on bars against Minnesota. at Ohio State (2/9): Went 9.875 on bars, her first of six consecutive 9.8+ bars totals to end her career…Added a 9.7 in her first vault of the season. at Nebraska (2/17): Collected a 9.85 on bars and a season-best 9.725 on vault. Big Ten Championships (3/23): Following a month-long injury, Rushlow returned to post a 9.8 on bars at her final Big Ten Championship meet. Regional Second Round (4/4): Went 9.85 on bars, helping the Nittany Lions advance to their first-ever NCAA Regional Final. Regional Final (4/6): Tallied a 9.925 on bars in her final routine as a Nittany Lion, a fitting end to an outstanding Penn State career.
2023 – SENIOR SEASON
Awards: Second Team All-Big Ten…Academic All-Big Ten.
Season: Qualified for the NCAA Championships on bars…Tied regional program record with a 9.95 on bars…Became only Nittany Lion to post three-or-more 9.95+ scores on bars in a single season, finishing the year with four-such tallies…Competed in all 14 meets for the Nittany Lions and did not score below a 9.8 on bars.
Meet-by-meet: Penn State Quad (1/13): Posted her first 9.9 on bars in 2023. Rutgers (1/30): Went 9.95 on the bars to earn the event win…Also scored a 9.8 on the beam and put up a 9.775 on the floor. Nebraska (2/10): Set her career high and tied the second-best bars score in school history with a 9.975 against Nebraska…Added a 9.8 on floor. Ohio State (2/17): Posted her second-straight 9.95 on bars. William & Mary (3/3): In her second all-around appearance of the season, put up a season-best 39.275…Went 9.825 on bars and floor. Big Ten Championships (3/18): Posted a 9.925 on bars at the conference meet, leading Penn State to a 49.250 team total, its best on the apparatus at the Big Ten Championships since 2019. Pittsburgh Regional I (3/30): Collected a 9.9 on bars on the first day of regional competition. Pittsburgh Regional II (3/31): Tied the program record in regional competition with a 9.95 on bars…Her total qualified her for the NCAA Championships in the event…Helped Penn State to a 49.325 on bars, setting the regional program record. NCAA Championships (4/13): Earned a 9.825 on bars at the national meet, tying the ninth-best bars total in school history at the National Championships.
2022 - JUNIOR SEASON
Awards: Earned Academic All-Big Team team honor for second time.
Season: Competed in 10 meets for the Nittany Lions, including twice in the all-around...Scored 9.800 or better on nine bars routines...Set personal best on floor exercise.
at Keystone Classic (1/7): Scored 9.850 on bars to begin the season...Competed in the all-around. at Ohio State (1/22): Had two rock-solid scores of 9.850 on vault and bars. at Michigan (2/13): Had two 9.825 scores on vault and bars. Maryland (2/26): Saw action in bars, beam and floor exercise...Scored personal-best 9.875 on floor and added 9.850 on bars. At Minnesota (1/30): Placed third in the all-around with a score of 38.600. Maryland (2/5): Won the all-around with a career-high 39.475 score…also won the bars, beam and floor individual titles. Illinois (2/13): Placed second in the all-around with a 38.475 score. Penn State Tri-Meet (2/21): Finished third in the all-around with a score of 38.725. 2020 – FRESHMAN SEASON

Season: Competed in the all-around in eight meets…Performed as a member of the vault, bars and beam lineups in all 10 meets…Competed in the floor lineup in eight meets…Performed one exhibition routine on floor…Won five event titles, including one in all-around, two on vault, one on bars and one on beam…Earned two scores of 9.900 on beam, a 9.900 on vault and a 9.925 on bars…The 2020 season was canceled on March 12 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Daughter of Christine and Donald Rushlow…Has two sisters, Alison and Kelsie…Graduated from Penn State with an undergraduate degree in Health & Human Development and returned to the Nittany Lions for a fifth season of gymnastics to obtain a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations.
