• Liberty/St. Bonaventure (10/4): Finished second in the 50 free (24.02) and fourth in the 100 free (52.25).

• Awards: Big Ten Distinguished Scholar…Academic All-Big Ten.
• Big Ten Championships (2/20-2/23): Recorded career-best times in both the 100 free (50.70) and 200 free (1:50.25).
• at Virginia (10/6): Finished fourth in the 100 free (52.84) in the first meet of the season.
• George Washington (10/12): Placed third in the 200 free (1:52.81) and second in the 500 free (5:06.71) in the home opener.
• Tennessee Invitational (11/29-12/1): Swam a personal-best in 500 free (4:54.10) to place 19^th.
• at Navy/vs. North Carolina (1/12): Took second in the 100 free (51.98).
• Bloomsburg (1/19): Won the 500 free (5:04.24).

 
2017-18 (Freshman Year)

• Big Ten Championships (2/20-23): Competed, setting a season best in the 100 free (51.35). Also swam the 200 (1:50.90) and 500 free (4:57.83).
• Ohio State Winter Invite (2/10-11): Placed second in the 500 free (4:54.34) and fourth in the 200 free (1:50.50), setting season bests in both events.

 
High School

• Studied at and graduated from Berks Catholic High School, but was a four-year letter-winner swimming at Reading High School for head coach Matt Lubas.
• Three-time All-American, earning honors in the 50 freestyle and twice in the 200 freestyle relay.
• Four-time state championship finalist, 14-time district medalist, including a district championship in the 100 freestyle as a senior and 200 free relay as a junior.
• Owns school records in the 50 free (23.38) and 100 free (51.32).
• Three-time team MVP and three-year team captain.
• Also a three-year letter-winner in water polo and was named Pennsylvania’s Water Polo Player of the Year and to the All-American AAA second team.
• Played volleyball as a freshman.

• Has two brothers, Pietro (older) and Gino (younger). Brother, Pietro, played football at Franklin & Marshall.
