2015-16 (Senior Year)
Named honorable mention All-America in the 400 and 800 freestyle relay at NCAA Championships … All-Big Ten second team … At NCAAs, anchored the 400 free relay finishing at 3:15.87 in 15th place after swimming a school-record 3:15.45 in the preliminaries … 800 free relay team finished 14th in 7:04.42 for a season-best and the second fastest time in school history … Jones also competed in the 200 freestyle finishing 37th in 1:46.59, swam the 100 free in 50.85 and the 200 free in 1:46.59… Honored as Penn State’s Big Ten Sportsmanship award recipient … At Big Ten Championships, Jones anchored the 400 freestyle relay All-Big Ten quartet that earned silver finishing in 3:15.88 to break a school standard that had stood since 2012 … Also anchored the 800 freestyle relay touching at 7:05.67 in fourth place … Touched last in the 200 freestyle relay finishing fourth with a season best of 1:29.41 … Swam freestyle as the fourth leg in the 200 medley relay finishing in second in a season best 1:38.97 … Jones won the B –final in the 200 freestyle in 1:46.40 … Season bests in the 50 free (22.87), 100 free (49.44) and 200 free (1:45.67) all came at the Georgia Invitational (12/4-6) … Performances ranked her third on the team in the 50 and second in both the 100 and 200 … Member of four out of five relay teams that posted season bests.
2014-15 (Junior Year)
Saw action in 12 meets, including the NCAA Championships in the 400 medley relay and 400 and 800 freestyle relays ... Named an All-American after contributing to a seventh-place finish in a school-record 7:03.07 on the 800 free relay team ... Member of 800 free relay team that first broke the school record in the event at Big Tens, placing fifth in 7:05.42 ... Primarily competed in the 50, 100 and 200 freestyles individually, competing in all three at the Big Ten Championships ...
