Rewards: Ranked as the preseason No. 49 doubles team in the nation by ITA, paired with Maiko Uchijima. 

Match-By-Match: UNC Kitty Harrison Invitational (9/13-15): Won all three doubles matches with Uchijima...Defeated Duke’s No. 61 Shavit Kimchi/Ellie Coleman (6-3), Charlotte’s Sara Suchankova/Shona Nakano (6-3) and Purdue’s Carmen Gallardo/Tara Milic (6-1). ITA All-Americans (9/21-26): Earned singles victories over Seattle’s Lamija Avdic (6-1, 6-0) and Illinois’ McKenna Schaefbauer (6-4, 6-1)...Combined with Uchijima to beat Arkansas’ No. 51 Grace O'Donnell/Anet Koskel (6-1, 7-5). ITA Regionals (10/10-15): Earned ITA Northeast Regional doubles championship alongside Uchijima...Became first Nittany Lions to win a regional event and qualify for the NCAA Individual Championships since 2012...Went 6-0 in doubles with wins over Seton Hall’s Rachel Benoualid/Isabelle May (8-3), Fordham’s Lilianna Chitambar/Lorraine Bergmann (8-4), Princeton’s Pearlie Zhang/Isabella Chhiv (8-1) and Penn’s Gavriella Smith/Saige Roshkoff (8-0), Esha Velaga/Lara Stojanovski (6-2, 6-3) and Eileen Wang/Sabine Rutlauka (1-6, 6-4, 10-7)...Reached Round of 16 in singles, besting Fordham’s Chitambar (6-1, 6-2) and Mercyhurst’s Kayla Dean (6-1, 3-6, 6-1).

Rankings: Finished the season as the No. 13 singles player in the ITA Northeast Region…Ranked as the No. 9 doubles team in the ITA Northeast Region, pairing with Karly Friedland…Dorner and Friedland ranked as high as No. 69 in the ITA Doubles Poll.
