2006-07 SEASON - SENIOR:
Redshirted after injuring her knee versus #46 N.C. State on Feb. 2...Teamed with three different partners to pick up four doubles wins before the injury...Paired with Leyla Morzan to go 2-1 at the Women[apos]s College Invitational, including wins over tandems from Rutgers and Dartmouth...Picked up lone victory of the season versus Minnesota[apos]s Mikayla Rogers at the Cissie Leary Invitational...Academic All-Big Ten for the third-straight season.
2005-06 SEASON - JUNIOR:
Posted an overall singles record of 23-18 on the season... Combined with five teammates throughout the season to record a doubles mark of 17-17...Went 11-6 in fall competition, winning seven of her last eight matches...Went 3-1 at the ITA East Regional Tournament...Was a perfect 2-0 in singles play at the Penn State Fall Classic...Combined with Sasha Abraham to go 5-4 in fall doubles action...Played mostly at the No. 3 spot for the Nittany Lions throughout the spring season, posting a 12-12 record...Won four consecutive matches mid-season, winning seven of nine matches over the course of a month...Went 4-7 versus Big Ten opponents on the season, including a three-set victory over Danielle Moussaeu in Penn State[apos]s 4-3 win over Minnesota at the Big Ten Tournament...Went 5-5 in doubles competition overall and 3-2 versus Big Ten opponents when combining with Jenny Shular at the No. 2 spot Combined with five teammates throughout the season to record a doubles mark of 17-17...Received Academic All-Big Ten accolades for the second consecutive season...Won the 'Grinder Award' as voted upon by her teammates.
2004-05 SEASON - SOPHOMORE:
Went 14-15 overall as a sophomore, including a 9-12 mark in dual matches...Went 1-0 at No. 2, 1-1 at No. 3, 3-8 at No. 4, 3-1 at No. 5 and 1-2 at No. 6...Posted a 6-11 overall record in doubles, including a 3-3 mark at No. 2 doubles with Sasha Abraham...Academic All-Big Ten Selection.
2003-04 SEASON - FRESHMAN:
Posted an 11-15 overall mark in singles action during her freshman campaign, including an 8-11 record in duals and a 2-7 mark in Big Ten matches...Emerging as a starter early on in the year, BeVard also cracked the lineup in doubles play...Went 10-10 overall in doubles, including a 7-5 mark at the No. 3 spot with Sasha Abraham...Was 3-3 in three-set matches on the season.
JUNIOR CAREER:
BeVard was her team[apos]s MVP for three straight years in high school and was the No. 1 singles player for four seasons...A two-time All-District choice...Served as team captain her senior year...Runner-up at the Southern Open in 2002 in both singles and doubles and had an 18s ranking of No. 142 that year.
