Penn State Swimmers at U.S. Olympic Trials - Day One Recap

Omaha, Neb. - Kaitlin O'Brien placed 19th in the 400 IM heats to lead the Penn State contingent on the first day at U.S. Olympic Trials on Sunday. The Nittany Lions placed three of the top 25 finishers in the prelims of the 400 IM as Daphne Skelos finished 23rd and Kailey Morris finished 25th.

Ryan DeWeese turned in a nice swim in the prelims of the men's 400 free as he placed 34th.
