Highlights from week two of the 2009 season include another standout effort from Bills' starting safety Bryan Scott and Robbie Gould kicking the Bears to victory.

Anthony Adams, DT, Chicago Bears

From his starting nose tackle spot, Adams posted two tackles (one solo) and had one quarterback hit.

Jay Alford, DT, New York Giants

Alford was placed on injured reserve after undergoing surgery to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his knee. He will miss the entire 2009 season.

Levi Brown, OT, Arizona Cardinals

Brown helped hold the Jacksonville Jaguars' defense without a sack while protecting Kurt Warner as he completed 24-of-26 passes for 243 yards and two touchdowns.

Deon Butler, WR, Seattle Seahawks

Butler caught one pass for 15 yards. On special teams, he returned one kick for 16 yards and made one tackle.

Collins threw for 216 yards on 21-of-33 passing and had touchdown tosses of eight and 69 yards. His quarterback rating for the game was 90.0.

Connor saw action on the Panthers' special teams units, notching one tackle.

Gould was the hero of the day in Chicago, connecting on a 44-yard, game-winning field goal in the waning moments of the Bears' home game against the Steelers.

Hali started at right outside linebacker and had one pass defensed in the Chiefs' narrow loss to the rival Raiders.

In his first action of the 2009 season, Johnson earned the start at tackle, recording five solo tackles, the highest on the team among defensive linemen.

Johnson totaled 119 yards of offense, rushing for 78 yards on 24 carries and catching three passes for 41 yards.

McKenzie was a key part of an offensive line effort that shut down the Cowboys pass rush, allowing no sacks of quarterback Eli Manning. With the outstanding protection, Manning shined, passing for 330 yards and two touchdowns.

Ohrnberger was designated as inactive for the game. He is listed as the second team right guard on the Patriots' depth chart.

Paul Posluszny, LB, Buffalo Bills

Posluszny, who suffered a broken arm in a week one loss to New England, was inactive for Sunday's game with the Buccaneers. He had surgery last week to insert a plate in his arm but has already been cleared to begin cardio workouts on Monday. The former All-American at Penn State will be evaluated on a week-to-week basis and will likely miss the next several games.

Robinson caught two passes for four yards and served as a lead blocker for Frank Gore, who rushed for 207 yards. He also played on special teams but did not record any tackles.

Sargeant suffered a knee injury in the preseason and was placed on the Bills' injured reserve list.

Scott, the Bills' starting strong safety, had an outstanding game, making a team high six solo tackles (9 total), including one for a loss. He also recorded an interception, picking off Buccaneers' quarterback Byron Leftwich in the first quarter and returning it 27 yards. The Bills would eventually capitalize on the turnover by kicking a field goal to take a 17-0 lead. Scott also has two pass break-ups in the win.

Just one week after being signed by the Bears in the wake of the season-ending injury to starting middle linebacker Brian Urlacher, Shaw saw action on special teams, recording one tackle.

Shipley, a seventh round draft choice of Pittsburgh in April's NFL draft, is a member of the Steelers' practice squad.
