Penn State Football Alum Matthew Rice to Exhibit Work at All-Sports Museum During Arts Fest

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.; July 9, 2009 - The Penn State All-Sports Museum will be hosting Matthew Rice, former Penn State defensive end and member of the 2005 Big Ten Championship team, when he shows off his most recent painting on Saturday.

On Saturday, July 11, Rice will be displaying his latest work at the Penn State All-Sports Museum. During his time on campus he will be available to meet with the public to speak about his experiences as a Penn State football student-athlete as well as his time in NFL Europa.

Rice will also be available to speak about his new venture, Mateo Blu. His art will be displayed at the museum and originals as well as prints can be purchased.

The event is going to include an open gallery and live painting exhibit in addition to an "Artist Talk" session. Afterwards, an autograph session with former Penn State football student-athletes will be hosted by the museum and have Michael Robinson, Jay Alford, Alan Zemaitis, and Rich Gardner on hand.
