UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Senior Brandi Personett (Katy, Texas) and freshman Sharaya Musser (Colorado Springs, Colo.) of the Penn State women's gymnastics team are set to represent the Nittany Lions at the 2010 NCAA National Championships, hosted by the University of Florida. The pair qualified as individual all-around competitors after finishing first and second, respectively, in the all-around at the NCAA University Park Regional Championship on April 10 at Rec Hall.

Musser will compete in the first preliminary session on Thursday, April 22 at 1 p.m. in Florida's Stephen C. O'Connell Center, while Personett will begin her fourth appearance at nationals in the second preliminary session at 7 p.m. Personett will rotate with the hosting Gators and Musser will compete with Utah.

A First Team All-Big Ten selection, Musser scored a 39.200 for second place in the all-around at regionals. She also placed third on floor with a 9.900. Personett, a four-time First Team All-Big Ten honoree, took top honors in the all-around on April 10 upon scoring a 39.550. It was the top regional all-around score among the individual qualifiers. The two-time All-American finished second on floor with a 9.925 and won vault with a 9.950.
