Penn State-Indiana Clash Set For Noon Kick on BTN

Oct. 27, 2014

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State's Big Ten East Division game at Indiana has been set for a 12 p.m. ET kick. BTN, the Penn State Sports Network and GoPSUsports.com will air the contest from Memorial Stadium.

Coach James Franklin's Nittany Lions will visit the Hoosiers Nov. 8 in the first meeting between the schools as Big Ten East Division rivals. The teams will continue to play annually as division foes.

Penn State and Indiana will be meeting for the 18th time and have played every season since 2007. The Nittany Lions own a 16-1 on-field mark vs. Indiana, with the Hoosiers earning their first win in the series last year in Bloomington. Three of the last four series games in Memorial Stadium have been decided by six points or less: 22-18 (2004), 36-31 (2007) and 16-10 (2011).

The Nittany Lions host Maryland on Saturday (12 p.m.) for the first time since 1992, while Indiana visits Michigan this week before hosting Penn State.

Penn State will be making its fourth appearance of the season on BTN when it visits Indiana. Every Penn State football game has been televised the past 10 seasons and 247 of the last 249 contests overall have been on TV. All Penn State football and men's and women's basketball games air on the Penn State Sports Network and www.GoPSUsports.com.

The Big Ten Network is available to more than 90 million homes through agreements with more than 300 cable, satellite and telco providers in all 50 states and Canada. Armstrong, Blue Ridge and Metrocast Cable, though, do not carry the BTN in Pennsylvania and the Medina and Youngstown, Ohio areas.
