UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Nittany Lions are set to head to Sacred Heart University this Sunday to compete in their last collegiate competition of 2014.
Those competing for the women this weekend are as followed:
Epee: Juniors Jessica O'Neill-Lyublinsky (North Salem, N.Y.), Parand Jalili (E. Walpole, Mass.) and Rebecca Stanley (Willis, Texas), and freshmen Julia Higson (State College, Pa.) and Sara Moore (Woodbridge, Va.).
Foil: Seniors Alina Antokhina (Moscow, Russia) and Kane Gladnick (Wynnewood, Pa.), junior Clarisse Luminet (Lyon, France), sophomores Daniella Ortiz (Bayside, N.Y.) and Desree Ortega-Furgeson (Wyoming, Mich.) and freshmen Najiyyah Clark (Maplewood, N.J.) and Kasey Iverson (Baskin Ridge, N.J.).
Saber: Senior Elizabeth Rapp (Portland, Ore.), junior Brianne Cavaliere (Wayne, N.J.), sophomore Teodora Kakhiani (Tbilisi, Georgia), and freshman Jacqueline Rozpedowski (Flemington, N.J.).
Those competing for the men this weekend are as followed:
Epee: Senior Max Kleeman (Los Angeles, Calif.), juniors Farzaan Karimi (Medfield, Mass.), and Daniel Ashkeboussi (Johns Creek, Ga.), sophomores Lars Swanson (Mendham, N.J.), and Oscar Tang (Stockholm, Sweden).
Foil: Juniors Nobuo Bravo (San Francisco, Calif.), David Gomez-Tanamachi (Mexico City, Calif.), and Paul Valigorsky (DuBois, Pa.), sophomores Howie Chan (Hong Kong), Nicolas Graziano (Brooklyn, N.Y.), and freshman Stephen Barnett (Clinton, Conn.).
Saber: Senior Alex Schneller (Billerica, Mass.), junior Kaito Streets (Redwood City, Calif.), sophomore Adam Lewicki (Oakland, N.J.), and freshmen Andrew Mackiewicz and Khalil Thompson (Teaneck, N.J.)
