UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- With season tickets sold out and a waiting list continuing to grow, Penn State Athletics has announced the public sale date for this year's BJC Duals as well as the availability of Standing Room Only tickets for Rec Hall. With demand at an all-time high, head coach Cael Sanderson and the Penn State wrestling team will host two dual meets in the Bryce Jordan Center and five in historic Rec Hall.
The Nittany Lions host Wisconsin on Sunday, Dec. 13, at 1 p.m. in the first of two BJC Duals this year. Penn State will then welcome Ohio State to the BJC on Friday, Feb. 5, at 6 p.m. in a BTN nationally televised match-up. Penn State heads into the 2015-16 season riding a streak of 26-straight home sell-outs (including duals held in the near-16,000 seat BJC over the prior two years).
The public sale for the BJC Duals begins on Tuesday, Oct. 20, at 10 a.m. Fans may purchase BJC dual tickets online at GoPSUsports.com/accountmanager or by calling 1-800-NITTANY. BJC Dual public tickets are $16 for adults and $8 for youth (12-and-under).
A limited number of Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets for Penn State's five Rec Hall home dual meets are also set to go on sale Tuesday, Oct. 20, beginning at 10 a.m. Fans may purchase these single-match tickets only by calling 1-800-NITTANY. SRO's for Rec Hall are $15 per person.
With another full-season Rec Hall sell-out ready to start, roughly 300 SROs will be made available for each of those five matches. The SRO's give fans access to stand along the Rec Hall track for Penn State's home duals Lock Haven (Nov. 13), Nebraska (Jan. 15), Michigan (Jan. 31), Michigan State (Feb. 13) and the NWCA Dual Championship Series event (Feb. 21).
