Penn State Field Hockey Set to Host Drexel in Final Exhibition Match

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.
- The Penn State field hockey team will host the final exhibition match of the 2016 season on Saturday, Aug. 20 at 2 p.m. as the Nittany Lions will play an exhibition match against Drexel at the Penn State Field Hockey Complex.

The Nittany Lions, who saw their first action of the 2016 season this past Wednesday against Kent State in a 6-1 win, look to improve and fine tune a few more area of their game before opening the regular season at home against Old Dominion Friday Aug. 26 at 6 p.m.

Members of the CAA (Colonial Athletic Association), Drexel posted an 8-11 overall mark in 2015 recording a 4-2 mark in conference play.

Penn State officially opens the 2016 season on Friday, Aug. 26 at 6 p.m., welcoming Old Dominion to the Penn State Field Hockey Complex.

For Saturday, August 20: Spectator parking is available free of charge in the Yellow Lots near Wagner and Shields Buildings and also the Orange lot between
