UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.; June 30, 2017 ââ'¬" After the program's sixth national postseason appearance in the last eight years, season ticket renewals for the 2017-18 Penn State women's basketball season are now underway.
Fans will have until Friday, July 28 to renew their season tickets for the upcoming season and renewals can be processed through the Penn State Athletics Account Manager, linked here. Deposits for new season tickets are also being accepted at this time by calling 1-800-NITTANY.
"Our season ticket holders provide one of the best home court advantages in the country," said head coach Coquese Washington, "so in return we want give our season ticket holders the best value and benefits that we can, and I think we have found a way to do that for the 2017-18 season. The passion they provide each game was a big reason for our success last season and is what makes the Bryce Jordan Center one of the toughest venues in the NCAA. We return a fast, fun and entertaining team that our fans are going to enjoy cheering on. Thank you for making the Bryce Jordan Center an incredible place to play."
The Lady Lions non-conference schedule features six contests at the Bryce Jordan Center, while the conference slate will be available from the Big Ten office early in the fall. Penn State's non-conference home slate will feature one exhibition game, six non-conference contests ââ'¬" including Wake Forest in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge ââ'¬" and eight Big Ten games, which will feature the 12th Annual Pink Zone game.
Season TICKET Packages
The 2017-18 season features three price points for season ticket packages; courtside, sideline and baseline, while the Recent Graduate program returns for the third-straight season.
Available season tickets range in price from $260 (courtside) to $120 (sideline) and $95 (baseline). The Recent Graduate program features two options, an $84 sideline package and $65 baseline option.
Included with the purchase of season tickets is complimentary parking ($80 value), a resale/return ticket return program and exclusive single-game ticket presales for both men's and women's basketball tickets.
On top of that, for each season ticket purchased, fans will have the option of choosing three of the following as added benefits;

NEW SEASON TICKETS
Those wishing to purchase new season tickets for the 2017-18 Lady Lion Basketball season may now place a $95 deposit to guarantee the best seating available. New ticket orders placed by July 28 will be able to choose their seats using the Virtual Venueâ"¢. The seat selection process for women's basketball season ticket holders is slated for August.

excitement builds for 2017-18
For the 27th time in program history, the Penn State women's basketball team posted 20-plus wins in a season, finishing at 21-11 and advancing to the third round of the Women's National Invitation Tournament (WNIT). The 21 victories marked the fifth 20-win season under head coach Coquese Washington and pushed her career win total to 181 victories, while the postseason appearance was her sixth in 10 seasons at the helm of the program.
Rising junior Teniya Page (Chicago) became just the fourth sophomore to reach the 1,000-point plateau last season and enters the 2017-18 campaign ranked No .32 all-time in career scoring at 1,091 points. The first player in Penn State history to every record 200 made field goals, 60 made 3-pointers, 100 made free throws and contribute 100 assists in the same season, Page finished the season with 618 points and 109 assists.
A pair of rising sophomore guards in Amari Carter (Washington, D.C.) and Jaida Travascio-Green (Lisle, Ill.) each contributed solid numbers in their first seasons on the court. Carter started all 32 games and finished the season ranked No. 13 nationally in assist-turnover ratio (2.73). She also climbed into No. 5 on the Penn State rookie assist charts with 134 helpers. Travascio-Green knocked down 46 3-pointers in her rookie campaign, good for No. 4 all-time by a Penn State freshman, and appeared in 30 games with 15 starts.
Penn State also returns the services of Leah Knizner (Greenberg), Sarah McMurtry (Pittsburgh) and Jaylen Williams (Easton, Mass.), who each enter their junior seasons, along with second-year players De'Janae Boykin (Springdale, Md.) and Siyeh Frazier (Detroit, Mich.). The program will add three freshmen to the roster in Samantha Breen (Pittsburgh), Kamaria McDaniel (Inkster, Mich.) and Alisia Smith (Lansing, Mich.).
