"Today was our best day of the tournament in many respects. We talked yesterday about some areas we have to do better in and we came out and improved in many of those areas today," said head coach Chris Cagle. "I look forward to building on today as we train for the next three weeks leading into our last fall tournament weekend."

The Nittany Lions are back in action from November 3-5 in the final tournament weekend of the fall season. The team will split between the Kitty Harrison Invitational in Chapel Hill, N.C. and the Hokie Invitational in Blacksburg, Va.
