UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -In the midst of a three-game homestand, the Penn State women's basketball team hosts Manhattan for a 2 p.m. tipoff on Sunday, Dec. 3 at the Bryce Jordan Center. The Lady Lions (6-2) look to remain unbeaten at home against the Jaspers (2-4) in the first meeting between the two programs.

Scouting the Jaspers
// Manhattan has wins over St. Franscis (N.Y.) and Coppin State in the early season, defeating SFC at home, 57-54, and topping CSU, 74-56, at the Cal Classic in a Thanksgiving tournament.
// Senior Kayla Grimme leads the Jaspers in scoring (17.1 ppg)and rebounding (9.7 rpg) this season. She also ranks among the top-20 in school history in scoring at 1,078 points, and is among the top-10 in Manhattan history with 756 rebounds.
// Along with Grimme, Amani Tatum is having a solid senior campaign, ranking second on the team in scoring (12.2 ppg) and rebounding (5.3 rpg), while leading the team in assists (5.8 apg) and steals (3.3 spg).
// Manhattan returned 10 players from last season, including five seniors, and welcomed five freshmen. The Jaspers were picked to finish 10th in the MAAC preseason poll.
// In its last game, Manhattan saw three players reach double-figures at Fordham (11/29). Tatum led the way with 13 points, Grimme chipped in 12 tallies and Gabby Cajou netted 10.

// Penn State is 3-2 over its last five games, owning a 2-0 record at home and 1-0 record on the road. The two losses came in the South Point Thanksgiving Shootout vs. Louisiana Tech and Kansas State.
// As a team, the Lady Lions are averaging just 13.8 turnovers per game in the last five contests, while forcing 16.6 opponent missteps per contest. That number is bolstered by 6.6 steals per game for the Blue and White.
// Redshirt-sophomore Amari Carter continues to lead the scoring charge for Penn State, averaging 17.8 points per game in the last five games. She has three 20-point efforts over that stretch, including a personal-best 24 tallies vs. Louisiana Tech.
// Carter is also adding to the Lion offensive attack with 20 assists - committing just eight turnovers - and leads the team with 15 steals over the five-game span.
// Redshirt-sophomore De'Janae Boykin has pulled in five-or-more rebounds in each of the last five games , including three-straight double-digit rebound efforts with 11 vs. Louisiana Tech, 14 vs. Kansas State and 11 against Wake Forest.
