UNIVERSITY PARK, PA.-- The Penn State women's tennis team opens its Big Ten schedule against No. 14 Ohio State. The match will be played at home in the Indoor Tennis Center on Thursday, Feb. 22 at 5:00 p.m.
After dropping to Pittsburgh 5-2, this past weekend, the team is now 4-3 on the season.
The Ohio State Buckeyes are coming off of a 6-1 win against Notre Dame. This will also be the first Big Ten match for the Buckeyes.
"Ohio State is always an exciting match for us," said head coach Chris Cagle. "We are focusing on what we need to take care of to make our team better. I know we will be excited to compete on Thursday and I hope we have a great crowd out for the match."
Up next, the Nittany Lions will take on Buffalo on Sunday, Feb. 25 at 11:00 a.m. at home in the Indoor Tennis Center.
