Selected all-county by the Tampa Bay Times in 2013, Oruwariye is a physical player with good ball skills. The Gaither High School standout recorded 47 tackles as a senior. Oruwariye tallied four interceptions and nine pass breakups. In addition to his contributions on defense, the Tampa native was a special teams ace, blocking four punts during his senior season. Standing at 6-foot-1, Oruwariye has unique length as a defensive back. Oruwariye will add depth to the secondary that brings back veterans Adrian Amos, Ryan Keiser and Jesse Della Valle.
