Who Should Attend
The Nittany Lion Rugby Winter Clinics are open to students in grades 8-12.
About the Clinics
The Penn State Boys and Girls Rugby Winter Clinics are the perfect way for a player or a team to start a new season. The clinics go through all the basic aspects of rugby and are suitable for both new and experienced high school players. Penn State brings to the clinics its expertise as the most successful combined men's and women's rugby programs in the country. To assist in the coaching at the clinics, Penn State invites All-Americans and U.S. Eagles to Happy Valley, as well as top names in rugby from around the world.
Who: Grades 8-12, boys & girls
Fees: Includes all instruction and lunch on Saturday

' ¬ ¢ Team of Five: $120/person
' ¬ ¢ Team of 10 or more: $110/person
Meal: Lunch on Saturday will be provided at Findlay Commons.
NOTE: All other meals are on your own. Findlay Commons offers a dinner option on Saturday for $12.25/person (Cash, Visa or MasterCard). Findlay Commons is open for dinner from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Where: Holuba Hall
The Penn State Rugby Winter Clinics are held in Penn State's indoor football facility. Holuba Hall is a full-size, regulation rugby pitch under roof. Other top-notch Penn State facilities may be used during the weekend. Penn State athletic trainers are present at all sessions.
Holuba Hall is located off McKean Road next to Orange Lot F. East Area Locker Room (EALR) is located directly across from Holuba Hall and next to parking lot Orange F. In case of inclement weather, you will be contacted by e-mail concerning any changes or cancellation.
Equipment: Participants should bring the necessary practice gear, including sneakers, cleated shoes for artificial turf, rugby jerseys, shoulder pads and head gear if appropriate. Mouth guards are recommended. Participants are encouraged to bring a snack (power bar, etc.) to stay energized. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own water bottles. Water stations will be available throughout the facility.
