UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Penn State's contest with Rutgers inside Beaver Stadium on Nov. 20 will kick at noon, the conference office announced on Monday. Big Ten Network will carry the game.
This will mark Penn State's second game on BTN this season and fifth noon game.
Penn State hosts Michigan on Saturday at noon on ABC.
