UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The No. 17 Penn State women's soccer team hosts No. 4 Rutgers Thursday night starting at 6 p.m. ET on Jeffrey Field.
The game will be on national television as the Nittany Lions and Scarlet Knights square off on Big Ten Network with Dean Linke (PxP) and Jackie Manny (Analyst) on the call.

Parking Information
Parking for all Penn State Athletics' non-football events will require a valid permit or payment of the applicable parking fee for campus lots. Fans with valid Penn State University Park parking permits will be permitted to park at non-football athletics events for free, following Transportation Services parking policies and access.
For women's soccer matches, fans are asked to park in the Jordan East, Stadium West or Porter North lots. Fans without a permit are encouraged to prepay for event parking at a discounted rate of $5.50 through ParkMobile - https://psu.parkmobile.io/. Prepayment is available through 11:59 p.m. the day prior to each event. Event day parking will be $10 per vehicle and is cash only/can be purchased on the ParkMobile app. The East Deck is also available for most events for $1 per hour.

- No. 8 Penn State opened Big Ten play with an 0-0 draw at Indiana on Sunday afternoon.
- While the Nittany Lions out-shot the Hoosiers 15 to seven, IND's keeper, sophomore Jamie Gerstenberg, kept her team in the game by saving eight shots on goal.
- Freshman forward Amelia White led the Blue & White in her home state of Indiana with six shots, four of which were on goal. Three of her on target shots came in the first half.
- The PSU defense limited Indiana to three shots on goal, all saved by Asman.
- The 0-0 draw was Indiana's sixth this season.
SCOUTING RUTGERS
- Rutgers (9-0-0) and UCLA (8-0-0) are the only two programs with a perfect record in Division I.
- This will be Rutgers' first road game in six matches. They started the season on the road with three matches winning at New Mexico, UNLV and Providence.
- The Scarlet Knights most recently won 2-0 versus Ohio State on Sunday.
- The squad is ranked in the top-10 nationally in several statistical categories, ranking sixth in total goals (29), seventh in assists per game (3.11), eighth in points per game (9.56) and tenth in scoring offense (3.22).
- Juniors Sam Kroeger and Allison Lowrey are ranked seventh in nation on the individual leaderboard each with three game-winning goals. Both Scarlet Knights have six total goals and two assists to lead team with 14 points each.
- Sophomore Riley Tiernan is ranked 10th in the nation with six total assists.
- Rutgers is the defending Big Ten regular season champs, but the Scarlet Knights fell in the Big Ten Tournament 1-0 to Michigan last season.

PENN STATE AGAINST RUTGERS
- Penn State leads the all-time series against Rutgers 10-9-4.
- Over the last five matches, PSU is 0-4-1 against the Scarlet Knights. The four losses were all one goal advantage wins for Rutgers. The tie came in 2017 as the teams drew 0-0 in the Big Ten Tournament opener with PSU advancing 4-3 on penalty kicks. PSU would win the tournament.
- In their last matchup, No. 16 Rutgers beat No. 8 PSU 2-1 in Piscataway, N.J. The Scarlet Knights used a late penalty-kick goal to top the Nittany Lions.
