UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Big Ten Network will host Penn State Day on Sunday, July 17, with 24 consecutive hours of Nittany Lion programming beginning at 6 a.m.
Penn State Day features the wrestling, men's hockey, women's volleyball, men's soccer, football, men's lacrosse, women's soccer and women's lacrosse programs. Programming begins at 6 a.m. on Sunday and concludes Monday at 6 a.m.
The day kicks off with a trio of Penn State wrestling classics - Iowa (1/28/22) at 6 a.m., Ohio State (2/15/20) at 7 a.m., and Michigan State (1/23/22) at 9 a.m. Men's hockey takes center stage at 11 a.m. with a replay of their 2019-20 Minnesota game.
Women's volleyball's 2013 NCAA Championship victory over Wisconsin (12/21/13) starts a series of volleyball programming. At the Net will air at 2 p.m., followed by the 2018 Nebraska at Penn State match (10/13/18).
Men's soccer's 2019 win over Maryland airs at 3:30 p.m. to lead into a series of football content, beginning at 5:30 p.m. with Big Ten Elite: 1986 Penn State Football. The 1995 Rose Bowl win over Oregon airs at 6:30 p.m., followed by B1G Video Recall: 2016 Penn State Football at 7:30 p.m. and the 2016 Big Ten Championship game against Wisconsin at 8:30 p.m.
At 9:30 p.m., the 24/7 College Football: Penn State Nittany Lions chronicles Purdue game week from the 2019 season. Football coverage wraps up with The B1G Story: Matt Millen at 10:30 p.m.
The Penn State Volleyball Classic from the 2013 NCAA Championship match against Wisconsin will air again at 11 p.m., followed by the 2019 Big Ten Men's Lacrosse Championship game against Johns Hopkins at midnight.
The 2015 Big Ten Women's Soccer Championship game against Rutgers is on at 2 a.m. and Penn State Day wraps up with the 2015 Big Ten Women's Lacrosse Championship semifinal game against Northwestern at 4 a.m.
