"Jayson is a great athlete but he is even greater young man. He is a young man that strives to make his family proud. Jayson will bring loyalty and commitment to his fellow 2018 class of commitments. He will do everything to help his new teammates be successful on and off the field. The Penn State team will be blessed to have him as one of their brothers. As for football, the best of Jayson Oweh will be seen in the next couple of years in Happy Valley. He is new to the game but is eager to learn and achieve high goals.
