ACDEI- Advisory Council for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

VISION
Establishing a climate of mutual respect and support for individual differences regardless of color, creed, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ability, and ethnicity to maximize one’s full potential and function as a cohesive group, free of prejudice and discrimination, and harassment.

MISSION
The Advisory Council for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ACDEI) is committed to fostering and advancing a diverse, inclusive, equitable, and respectful environment where staff, coaches, student-athletes, and all other members of the Penn State family feel supported, safe, and welcomed to engage in the total Penn State experience intellectually, professionally, and socially.

OUR COUNCIL
To further identify key focus areas and broaden our committee perspective, our group implemented several changes from our previous ACDEI program. Below are the modifications made by the current Council:
