INSIDE THE COACH'S BOX
'After suffering an injury that sidelined him last season, Mike has worked hard over the past year to rehab his arm and get back on the mound. He had a good season two years ago and there is no doubt that he will once again be a major contributor to our pitching staff in 2010. We are certainly glad to have him back and expect a solid senior year from our big right-hander.'
