T.J. Macy proved to be valuable for the Nittany Lions down the stretch, especially during Big Ten conference play, in 2008. After missing the first half of the season, Macy, a transfer from Scottsdale CC, made seven starts for the Nittany Lions, going 4-2 with a 5.35 ERA. In his first full season, T.J. has potential to become a staunch presence on the mound as a starter in 2009.
