PERSONAL:
Alejandro Lopez was born in Spain and currently lives in Florida, where he attended Mater Academy High Charter School. Lopez has been competing internationally for three years as a foil fencer on the Spanish U20 National Team. The Spain native committed to Penn State because it's one of the most prestigious schools in the world, and once he was given the opportunity to be a part of a historic fencing program, there was nothing stopping him from following his dreams. Parent is Amelia Pereira… sisters are Maria Lorenzo and Liz Fernandez.
