Chloe Butman is beginning her first season as a Nittany Lion after transferring from St. John’s University, where she was a starter. Butman was born in Los Angeles, Calif., and attended Briarcliff High School in New York. She chose Penn State because of the connections she made with the coaching staff and because the program was the right fit for her to pursue her athletic career as a Division I fencer. Parents are Rebeca Butman and Michael Butman… brothers are Mark Butman and Michael Butman.
