LION CAREER:
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2016-17: Tomich had a solid first season as a Nittany Lion. Tomich finished the season with 17-8 record and had two shutout performances against Lawerence and St. John's.
HIGH SCHOOL/ PERSONAL: Stefania Tomich comes to Penn State from Phoenix, Ariz. Tomich fenced for Marian High School for four years, receiving the honor of First Team USA All-Academic Team in 2014-2015. Tomich also fenced for Escrime du Lac under the direction of head coach Gia Kvaratskhelia. Tomich is majoring in Liberal Arts. Her goal for the season is to be able to be more relaxed while competing and develop her own fencing.
