2023 / SENIOR SEASON:
Played in and started all 17 game for the Nittany Lions in 2023...NFHCA National All-Academic and Scholar of Distinction.
Kent State (9/8/23): Led Penn State defense in 5-0 shutout win over Kent State for first shutout of the season. Delaware (9/8/23): Had one shot on goal in 4-1 win. Bucknell (9/17/23): Had two shots on goal in 2-1 win against the Bison. Michigan State (10/13/23): Anchored Nittany Lion backfield in 4-0 Big Ten shutout win on the road.
2022 / JUNIOR SEASON:
Played in and started all 21 games in her first season at Penn State...Won the NCAA’s national Elite 90 Award for Field Hockey...NFHCA National All-Academic and Scholar of Distinction.
Cornell (9/17/22): Led Penn State defense in 3-0 shutout win over
Cornell at Michigan, the team’s first shutout of the year. Michigan State (9/23/22): Helped spark PSU to 4-0 shutout win. Ohio State (9/25/22): Led Lion D to 2-0 shutout win over Buckeyes, the team’s third straight shutout. Louisville (11/11/22): Sparked Penn State defense in 5-0 NCAA tournament win over Louisville. UAlbany (11/13/22): Anchored Nittany Lion defense in a Penn State 1-0 shutout win over UAlbany in NCAA tournament, sending team on to national semifinals. North Carolina (11/18/22): Started and led defense in Penn State’s national semifinal game against UNC.
2021 / SOPHOMORE SEASON:
Played in and started all 20 games in her first season at Penn State, had two points off first career goal as well.
Virginia (8/27/21): Made Penn State debut in season opener at Virginia, her former school. William and Mary (8/29/21): Scored first collegiate goal, and first as a Nittany Lion, in 7-2 win two days later. Princeton (10/17/21): Played season high 62 minutes.
2020 / FRESHMAN SEASON:
Played one game as a freshman at Virginia.
Wake Forest (9/27/20): Saw action in ACC game against Demon Deacons.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a standout at East Pennsboro High School...Was a member of the 2019-20 USA Women’s National Indoor Development Team...Earned first team all-state selection in 2019....Grabbed All-Mid Penn honors three straight times...Was the 2019 All-Sentinel Player of the Year...Was the 2019 Mid Penn Capital Division Most Valuable Player ...Also was a two-time All-Region selection.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Bob Schnarrs and Missy Meyer...Has one brother, McGee...Father played football at Dickinson College and brother plays football at Susquehanna University.
