HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year starter at Spring-Ford High School...Started every game of her high school career...Was a two-time team captain...Named first-team All-Pac three times and second-team as a freshman...Named first-team All-Area three times...Was a two-time first-team all-state selection...She played in the 2019 Philadelphia Area Senior All-Star Game...Played for X-Calibur club team...Won four JPOL Championships (two U16 and two U19)...Named JPIL U19 MVP in 2018.

PERSONAL: The daughter of Wendy and Jeff Crist...She has two older brothers, Ryan and Kevin...Her cousin Hailey is a current PSU student and her cousin DJ went to Penn State from 2007 to 2011...Mother Wendy payed field hockey and lacrosse at Penn in the late ‘80s...Father Jeff played baseball at Shippensburg in the late ‘80s.
