2023 / SOPHOMORE SEASON:
Started 14 of Penn State’s 17 games in 2023, played in all 17...Notched first career assist as well.
Virginia (8/25/23): Made first career start in road game at VIrginia. American (8/27/23): Had one shot on goal in 3-2 win. Stanford (9/1/23): Had one shot on goal in road win at Stanford. Michigan State (10/13/23): Took three shots, one on goal, in Big Ten road win. Northwestern (10/20/23): Two shots on goal. Iowa (10/22/23): Picked up first career point with an assist in 3-2 win. Ohio State (11/2/23): Had a shot on goal in Big Ten tournament game.
 
2022 / FRESHMAN SEASON:
Played in all but one game as a true freshman for Penn State (20 of 21)...Had eight shots, five on goal.
Virginia (8/26/22): Made Nittany Lion debut in season opening win over Virginia at the FH Complex. Delaware (9/11/22): Took first collegiate shot in 4-2 road win. Michigan (9/16/22): Made Big Ten debut in 2-1 road victory over the Wolverines. Maryland (10/21/22): Plenty of action in impressive 5-1 win. Louisville (11/11/22): Played in Penn State’s 5-0 NCAA tourney win. North Carolina (11/18/22): Saw action in NCAA semifinal game.

PERSONAL: Ella Jennes is one of three players from The Netherlands on this year’s team...Jennes played for the Rood-Wit club in The Netherlands for head coach Tim Sekreve...She played attacker and midfield...Helped lead team to Super A title in 2018-19 and an indoor title in 2017-18...Last year (2021-22), won sub top championship and another indoor crown...Daughter of Evelyn and Erik Jennes...Mother Evelyn is a Penn State alumnae as are maternal grandparents...Considering a marketing major at Penn State.
