- In his capacity, Kerr handles daily internal operations, team travel logistics, preseason camp and serves as the team’s liaison to the Nittany Lion Club, Penn State Alumni Association and the Penn State Football Letterman’s Club.
- Prior to Penn State, Kerr spent two seasons on Arizona’s staff.
- Before taking on the role of director of football operations during the 2018 season for the Wildcats, Kerr spent 2017 as their assistant director of football and recruiting operations.
- He spent the 2016 season as a member of William and Mary’s staff, serving as the assistant director of operations.
- Kerr joined the Tribe after serving as a football operations assistant and intern at Penn State in 2015-16. In those roles, he was responsible for assisting with a number of duties, including: team travel, recruiting efforts, summer camps and analyzing analytical trends.
- A 2012 graduate of Penn State, Kerr earned a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology. Additionally, he earned a master of education degree in sport management from Millersville University in 2015.
