Jekot was a three-year member of the Cumberland Valley High School women's basketball program and a two-time captain... Earned the recognition of team captain her sophomore and junior seasons... Averaged 23 points per game, 7.5 rebounds per game and 2.9 steals per game in her final season... Three-time first team All-Sentinel and Two-time first team All-State... Earned Mid Penn Commonwealth Player of the Year Award at the conclusion of the 2022-23 season... Earned over 1,000 points throughout three-year career... First team All-Conference in 2021-22.... Two-time Ms. PA Top Underclassman in 2021 and 2022... Helped lead team to PIAA 6A District 3 Championship in 2021

Daughter of John and Jen Jekot... Father John played division II basketball at Lock Haven and mother Jen played division II field hockey at Lock Haven... Has three sisters, Kelly, Katie and Julie... All three sisters play collegiate basketball; Kelly finished her graduate season at Penn State in 2022, Katie played four years at Saint Joseph's and Julie is a current member of LaSalle women's basketball... Intends to major in business.
