LION CAREER:
2014-15: In her third year as a Nittany Lion, Stanley finished with a record of 11-20. Stanley celebrated a shutout performance against Vassar, going 3-0 in the match.
2013-14: In her second year as a Nittany Lion, Stanley went 13-13 in the regular season. She had two 3-0 performances against Detroit and Cleveland Universities.
2012-13: Stanley saw lots of action during her first year as a Nittany Lion, and finished the regular season with a record of 17-41. She competed in the Mid-Atlantic/South Regional and finished in 35th place. The freshman had one 3-0 performance against Haverford, one 2-0 performance against Drew, and two 1-0 performances against NYU and Vassar. She also placed 41st in the Garret Open, hosted by Penn State.
HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL:
Rebecca Stanley comes to Penn State from Willis, Texas. She participated in club fencing with the Woodlands Fencing Academy. Stanley intends on majoring in Astrophysics/Astronomy.
