2019 – SENIOR SEASON
Awards: Collected Academic All-Big Ten honors.
Season: Appeared in seven games, earning one start as a midfield…Recorded two goals, two assists and two draw controls.
Game-by-Game: at Ohio State (4/4): Tallied an assist. Rutgers (4/27): Had a career-high three points with two goals and an assist on Senior Day…Scored both goals on free-position attempts…Added two draw controls.
2018 – JUNIOR SEASON
Awards: Earned Academic All-Big Ten honors…Selected as a member of the IWLCA Honor Roll…Collected Big Ten Distinguished Scholar honors.
Season: Made five appearances in the midfield…Collected a goal, two ground balls and a caused turnover.
Game-by-Game: Duquesne (2/21): Scooped up two ground balls and caused a turnover. Drexel (3/14): Recorded a goal.
2017 – SOPHOMORE SEASON

Full name is Katelyn Marie Garvey…Daughter of Carey and Jay Garvey...Has a younger brother, Kyle, and two younger sisters, Erin and Shannon...Aunt, Cheryl Bump, played on the Penn State women’s lacrosse team from 1994-98...Uncle, Nate Bump, played baseball at Penn State, graduated in 1998, and pitched in the major leagues for the Florida Marlins from 2003-05...Uncle, Lee Root, was a member of the Penn State swimming team, graduating in 1995...Father played college football at Shippensburg and Mother played lacrosse at Lafayette...Younger sister, Erin, plays lacrosse at Michigan…Born November 8, 1996 in Reading, Pennsylvania.
