Season: Played in 17 games and started in eight... Scored 12 goals, added six assists, scooped six ground balls and forced two turnovers.
Game-By-Game: Drexel (2/18): Made season debut with first career hat trick...added an assist and ground ball. Duquesne (2/21): Netted two goals and passed for one assist. Arizona State (2/24): Scored two goals and scooped up one ground ball. Loyola (3/4): Dished out one assist. at Vanderbilt (3/8): Notched one assist. Towson (3/14): Earned one goal. at Princeton (3/18): Tallied a ground ball. at Pittsburgh (3/21): Scored two goals. at Northwestern (3/30): Netted a goal...caused two turnovers and grabbed a ground ball. at Michigan (4/8): Earned a goal... at Michigan (4/29): Assisted one goal and won one draw control... vs. Stony Brook (5/12): Picked up one assist and one ground ball.
2022 - SOPHOMORE SEASON
Awards: Earned Academic All-Big Ten.
Season: Appeared in five games...Scored first career goal at Dusquesne (2/23). Tallied one ground ball vs. Pitt (4/12).
2021 – FRESHMAN SEASON
Season: Appeared in four games…Attempted one shot at Ohio State (3/26).
High School:
Played at Hinsdale Central for head coach Dan Hartman… Led Hinsdale Central to an Illinois State Title in 2018, a runner-up title in 2019 and a state semifinals appearance in 2017…Paced Hinsdale Central in draw controls, finished second on the team in total points in 2018…Was an All-State selection in 2018…Member of the Dean’s List and Honor Roll at Hinsdale Central...Played for the Maryland United and Lakeshore Lacrosse club teams.

Full name is Alaina Jahaun Hamood…Daughter of Al and Melissa Hamood…Has a brother, Alec, and a sister, Yasmain…Sister, Yasmain, is a Penn State WLAX alum…Majoring in marketing.
