2023 - SOPHOMORE SEASON
Season: Made five appearances including one in the NCAA Tournament... Scored first Penn State goal against Duquesne.

AT MARQUETTE
Season: Totaled 23 goals, three assists and 26 points... Appeared in 17 games making one start. Also recorded two free position goals, four ground balls and a caused turnover...Took 53 shots, 44 on goal... Scored a season-high three goals at San Diego State (3/15) and at UConn (4/2). 

HIGH SCHOOL
Lettered (4x) in lacrosse at Germantown Academy under head coach Mary Dean ... Also swam for three years in addition to playing one year of varsity volleyball and one year of varsity volleyball ... Smigiel was named to the 2021 All-Inter-Ac League First Team and her school's Team MVP in addition to winning the Inter-Ac Athletic League Athletic Director Award in 2021 ... She scored over 100 goals in her prep career at Germantown ... A four-year varsity starter, she also made the 2019 Philly National Tournament Team and the 2018 Under Armour Philadelphia Command Team ... She was named the 2018 MSJA Rookie of the Year and won the 2018 Abby O'Bierne Memorial Award ... She led Germantown to the PAISAA Semifinals in 2019 and the 2021 Inter-Ac League Tournament Semifinals ... Played club for Phantastix Lacrosse Club under coach Lorraine Beers.
