2004... Earned a medical redshirt after being sidelined with a stress fracture in her foot just four games into the season... Bouchelle was one of two freshmen starters at the beginning of the year, starting four games in the midfield and attempting three shots... her first career point came on an assist in Penn State[apos]s win over then-No. 6 Portland (8/29) on the gamewinner... also took a shot vs. Harvard (9/5) in her final game action for the year.

A two-time Parade Magazine All-American, she is a three-time NSCAA Youth All-American... has been a member of the U-19 ODP East Regional Team and has had several experiences with the US Youth National Teams... a four-year all-city-county, all-Metro and all-state selection, she garnered player of the year for each in 2003 at Notre Dame Prep and was a co-captain her senior year... was named the NSCAA High School Scholar Athlete of the Year... a teammate of recent Nittany Lion alum Heather Tomko on the Bethesda Dragons, the six-time Maryland State Champions.

Full name is Zoe Marie Bouchelle... born on December 4, 1985, in Baltimore, Md.... the daughter of William and Zoe Bouchelle, she has an older brother Reed and a younger sister Julia... brother Reed was a lacrosse player at the University of Pennsylvania from 2001-03... majoring in economics with a business minor.
