Named a third team NSCAA All-American and first team All-Mid Atlantic Region... first team All-Big Ten selection... honored as a fourth team All-American and first team All-Region by Soccer Buzz... scored the game winning goal against then-No. 2 UCLA in the first game of the season (8/25)... took 33 shots.
Spring and Summer 2006... Spent time with the U.S. Under-21 National Team... competed with the team at the 2005 Nordic Cup in July.
2005... Gray was the only freshman that started in all 25 games during the Lions[apos] 23-0-2 run to the College Cup semifinals... had two gamewinners- both in overtime on consecutive Fridays vs. Purdue (9/23) and at Wisconsin (10/2) to help preserve Penn State[apos]s undefeated Big Ten campaign... tallied three goals, her two overtime goals as well as another vs. Michigan (10/21)... added eight assists, second on the team to assist leader Carmelina Moscato... her helpers included the game-winning assist vs. No. 8 Santa Clara (11/25) to advance the Lions to the College Cup as well as two vs. Loyola (9/1) and one each at Northwestern (9/30), vs. Iowa (10/9), at Michigan during the Big Ten Tournament (11/3) and vs. West Virginia in the NCAA Tournament (11/13)... took 28 shots.
2004... Spent the fall with the U.S. Under-19 team at the World Cup in Thailand.
Before Penn State Parade Magazine[apos]s 2004 forward of the year and a three-time all-state selection at Toms River South High School... played with the U-21s in the 2003 Nordic Cup... a two-time Parade All-American, she was tabbed one of Soccer America[apos]s Top 10 recruits... was named the all-state rookie of the year... was all-county, all-conference, and all-state from her sophomore year on with the Indians... played her club ball with the World Class Soccer Club where she was teammates with fellow Lion Denay Riley... in 2002, she won the Orange Classic with the U-18s and followed it up by winning the U-18 Jefferson Cup in 2003... team was state champions, regional semifinalists in 2003 and regional champions in 2004.
Personal Born on December 12, 1985, she is the daughter of Donald and Sharon Gray... has one brother and one sister... her brother, Donny, played soccer at Rutgers University... majoring in kinesiology.
