Season: Appeared in all 21 matches for the Nittany Lions during the 2025 season… Recorded 17 points on five goals and seven assists… Ranked second on the team in assists and third in points… Registered 23 shots, including 12 shots on goal for a .522 shots-on-goal percentage… Posted a .217 shooting percentage… Recorded one match-winning goal… Accounted for seven of Penn State’s 43 assists and five of the team’s 38 goals.
Saint Louis (8/21): Scored her first goal of the season and the Blue & White’s fourth of the contest, beating the keeper with her lone shot on goal in three total attempts… West Virginia (8/24): Recorded her season high in points, finding the back of the net for Penn State’s third goal, and assisting on the second in 76 minutes of action in the 3-1 victory… James Madison (8/31): Played a full match for the first time in 2025, recording two shots and providing an assist on the lid-lifting goal… at Liberty (9/7): Opened the scoring for the Nittany Lions in Lynchburg, beating the keeper with her first of two shots in the dominant 3-0 win over the Flames… Wisconsin (9/21): Contributed an assist on the lone Penn State goal against the Badgers, recording two shots with one on frame in 69 minutes… at Illinois (9/25): Played the full 90 minutes against the Illini, assisting on the Blue & White’s third goal… at Rutgers (10/4): Recorded the highest shot total of her season with two shots on goal in four total attempts, providing an offensive spark during her full 90 minutes of work… Oregon (10/12): Scored Penn State’s first goal of the match against the Ducks, beating the keeper once in her two attempts… at Indiana (10/19): Put a shot past the keeper for the final time in 2025, taking two total shots… Ohio State (10/26): Played the role of distributor, assisting on a Penn State goal in 81 minutes of play against the Buckeyes… at UCLA (11/1): Provided an assist on the first and only Nittany Lion goal against the Bruins… NCAA Tournament First Round vs. Army (11/15): Notched her final assist of the season, distributing on Penn State’s final goal in the dominant 3-0 first round victory over the Black Knights.
2024 • REDSHIRT JUNIOR SEASON
Awards: Recognized as a College Sports Communicators Academic All-District selection in the postseason… Picked up academic honors from the league office as well, landing Academic All-Big Ten and Big Ten Distinguished Scholar laurels.
Season: Turned in her most individually productive season as a member of the Nittany Lion program in 2024, appearing in a career-high 24 matches while making nine starts, also a single-season career best… Raich finished the year with eight points to rank sixth on the Nittany Lion roster, contributing two goals and a quartet of assists in her role as an attacking midfielder… Logged 16 shots on the season with four of those going in the book as on-target efforts… Tallied a single-season career-high 974 minutes on the field helping to facilitate the Nittany Lion attack.
West Chester (8/25): Saw over an hour of match action against the Golden Rams, totaling 63 minutes of work with a season-high six shot attempts in the resounding PSU victory. Michigan (9/12): Found the back of the net for the first time in her redshirt junior season, one of six goals against the Wolverines on a powerful B1G opening night. Nebraska (9/29): Logged an assist on Mieke Schiemann’s match-winning goal against the Cornhuskers, her first helper of 2024. Minnesota (10/13): Booked her first multi-assist outing of the year with a pair of dishes in the back-and-forth 3-2 battle with the Golden Gophers in Happy Valley. NCAA Tournament First Round vs. Stony Brook (11/16): Turned in the highest-scoring individual outing of her season against the Seawolves, finding the back of the net with her second goal of the year while adding an assist for a three-point night in postseason competition.
2023 • REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE SEASON
Awards: Secured Academic All-Big Ten distinction in the postseason… Named a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar.
Season: Totaled 21 appearances for the Blue & White, with all of those chances coming off the bench... Earned 667 minutes of playing time on the pitch... Finished the season with 11 total points split among four goals and three assists... Finished tied for fifth on the roster in total scoring... Registered 16 total shots on the year, placing exactly half of those chances on target to book a 0.500 shot-on-goal percentage.
West Chester (8/20): Scored two goals with one assist in 8-0 win, playing 59 minutes... Notched the first five-point match by a Nittany Lion since Sam Coffey’s seven-point outing against Maryland on Oct. 8, 2021. TCU (8/27): Booked an assist on the match-winning goal in 36 minutes of playing time. Monmouth (9/03): Attempted one shot in 47 minutes of game action. Maryland (9/15): Attempted two shots in 31 minutes of playing time in the 4-0 win. at Rutgers (9/21): Assisted on one goal in the 2-1 road win. Ohio State (10/08): Attempted one shot in the 2-1 win over rival Ohio State. Indiana (10/19): Scored one goal with two attempted shots in the 2-0 win against Indiana. Central Connecticut State (11/10): Scored one goal in the 7-0 NCAA Tournament-opening match, earning 59 minutes of time on the pitch.
