Virginia Pham has been with the Penn State women's volleyball program for two seasons, both of which resulted in trips to the NCAA Regional Final.
Pham joins the Nittany Lion staff after spending two seasons at the University of Oklahoma as the Sooners' director of volleyball operations. While there she managed the budget and the team travel, while also serving as the technical coordinator working with DataVolley, VolleyMetrics, and serving as the video coordinator.
During her time in Norman, she also started the Oklahoma Elite Volleyball Club and served as the owner and director for the 2017 and 2018 club seasons.
Before her arrival at OU, Pham was the graduate assistant for VCU for the 2015 season, acting as the director of operations, while earning her masters of education in sports leadership.
While earning her bachelor of science in computer science from UCLA, Pham served as a student assistant for UCLA’s men’s, women’s and beach programs from 2012-15.
Outside of the collegiate realm, Pham serves as the technical coordinator for USA Sitting Volleyball.
