BELGRADE, Serbia - Pat Schirk is set to take part in the World University Games in Belgrade, Serbia in three days. Schirk's first event is the 100m backstroke, which is scheduled for Sunday. Schirk will be competing in the 200m backstroke as well.
Schirk will be in competition on Sunday afternoon in the 100m backstroke preliminaries. If he qualifies, the semifinals are set for Sunday evening. The finals for the event are slated for Monday night.
On Thursday, July 9, Schirk tackles his second event of the Games, swimming the 200m backstroke in the morning. The semifinals are set for that evening and the finals for Friday, July 10.
