Trick-or-Treat Night Hosted by All-Sports Museum Set for Oct. 29

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.--The Penn State All-Sports Museum looks to start a tradition by hosting the first ever Trick-or-Treat Night on Thursday, October 29. The event, which will run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., is free to all and will have special appearances by Penn State student-athletes and the Nittany Lion mascot.

On hand for trick-or-treaters will be the Penn State Nittany Lion and a special apperance by the Penn State Cheerleaders from 6-6:30 p.m. Volunteers will be handing out candy and walking through the galleries of the museum as there will be two hours of fun including games, prizes, drawings.

Student-athletes from various teams, such as fencing, wrestling, basketball, track & field, golf, softball, lacrosse, soccer and football will be on hand, including the entire women's gymnastics team. Fans and trick-or-treaters alike are encouraged to wear their best costume or come dressed in Blue and White, as the All-Sports Museum will be decorated in Penn State colors for the event.

A grand prize drawing will be done with the winner receiving a signed basketball from the 2009-10 Nittany Lion men's squad. Other prizes will also be given out throughout the evening.
