Penn State Sees Success at OSU Invitational

2014-2015 Season Stats

Penn State finished a successful trip to Ohio State University today. The men's team went 3-1 on the day toppling Princeton (16-11), Notre Dame (14-13) and UNC (20-7) and falling to Ohio State (23-4). The women's team went 2-2 on the day winning against Ohio State (16-11), UNC (17-10) and falling to Notre dame (24-3) and Princeton (24-3)

The men's squad not only saw two top three finishes but two first place finishes within today's Ohio State University Invitational. Junior Nobuo Bravo (San Francisco, Calif.) brought home first in men's foil and junior defending saber national champion Kaito Streets (Redwood City, Calif.) also brought home first in men's saber.

The women's squad saw two top three finishes as well. Sophomore Jessie Radanovich (Fresno, Calif.) tied for third in her event of women's epee and sophomore Teodora Kakhiani (Tbilisi, Georgia) also tied for third in women's saber.
